If at any time during our design process, and up to 15 days after the conclusion of your project, you feel dissatisfied in any way, contact us outlining your concerns giving us reasonable chance to address them.

Following our response(s) you remain dissatisfied, we will gladly refund any money you've paid to us.

This of course excludes any funds spent on third party services (such as stock photography or other third party services).
